OUR STAFF

Our staff are trained in all aspects of school-age childcare. Training includes, but is not limited to, creating stimulating curriculum, health & safety and parent involvement. We have an in-house training facility which ensures that our staff have more than the state required 20 hours of training each year.
 

Our staff have acquired both first aid and CPR certifications. We also offer a CDA program enabling our staff to continue to grow to their fullest potential. Each staff member is motivated to be role models, teach children to solve problems, react in certain circumstances, and provide a caring environment.
 

The majority of our staff members are either presently enrolled in, or have completed educational and certification programs leading to degrees in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, and many are now employed as teachers in various school systems throughout the state.
